Neue Aspekte bei der Behandlung der adoleszenten Anorexia nervosa^[*]

Zusammenfassung

Die adoleszente Anorexia nervosa ist häufig mit gravierenden Folgen für die physische und mentale Gesundheit im Erwachsenenalter verbunden. Der Artikel versucht, zurzeit in der Literatur diskutierte neue Behandlungswege bei der Gewichtsrehabilitation, der Osteoporose-Prophylaxe, im Behandlungssetting sowie der Psychotherapie aufzuzeigen.

Abstract

Adolescent anorexia nervosa often takes a chronic and disabling course associated with reduced health-related quality of life in adulthood. The aim of this short review is to introduce new aspects on the somatic and psychotherapeutic treatment of AN, such as nutritional rehabilitation, prophylaxis of osteoporosis as well as new findings on the effect of treatment settings and new psychotherapeutic methods.
